Threaded Inserts are like fasteners and they help in bringing together two different parts of a material by drilling a threaded insert between them safely and without causing damage to them. There are two different types of this threaded inserts and they are:
* Molded – in inserts – these inserts can be seen in machineries and equipments that are heavy and massive in nature. They are a little on the higher side when comes to pricing and needs extra care and caution while handling them.
* Self-taping inserts – as the name explains, these inserts do not require a drilling machine to make holes in the materials but can make their own hole for their inserts.
